Melissa Baron, NP
NP
Melissa completed her graduate and undergraduate studies at The University of Texas at Arlington, earning her Master of Science in Nursing and Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She went on to receive her Doctorate of Nursing (DNP) degree from Fort Hays State University. As part of her Doctorate research project, she developed a Prenatal Breastfeeding Awareness Initiative that was implemented at a local lactation facility.
Melissa is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She has a background in Pre-Op, post-anesthesia care (PACU), and the emergency room.
Melissa is also a Phi Kappa Phi and Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society member.
When not working, Melissa enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
